Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bio Fires Online.com We very much appreciate your business and hope that you have have found the process easy and enjoyable.
It is very rare, but if you were not entirely happy with your purchase, then please let us know so that we can rectify anything that has detracted from you having a great customer experience with us. Here at Bio Fire Online we want every single customer to be delighted with with the way that we do business, and the products that we provide.
Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the point of you, or your third party taking delivery. You can do this without providing any reason. In order to return the product/products, we require you write to us at returns@BioFiresOnline.com clearly marking the e-mail with the subject of “Product Return” You must send this e-mail within the 14 day period in order to qualify for returning the goods.
Should you wish to return the goods after the 14 day return period has expired, please contact us as we may still be able to accept a return. There may be charges applicable, and each case will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Cancellation
If you do exercise your right to return any goods within the 14 day period, then we will reimburse you your money via the same method in which you paid it to us. We will reimburse you for all costs relating to the product purchase and standard delivery. Any special delivery costs unfortunately can not be covered under our returns policy. Should any additional costs be incurred by us due to special circumstances around the order being fulfilled, then these additional costs may be deducted from the refund. This may apply to any special finishes, or bespoke designs.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to you within 14 days of us receiving the products back. Or within 14 days of the notification of the refund request should products have not been shipped out to you at that point.
Returning Goods
Unfortunately the cost of returning the goods to us is to be covered by the client. Goods must be received back to us in new condition and in the original packaging.
Depending on the product that you are returning, the address may vary. Therefore we will inform you of the correct address to return the goods to once we have received your e-mail indicating that you would like to make a return. Please do not return goods without receiving acceptance that the goods are to be returned. This is to ensure that money is not wasted on product returns which do not qualify for a refund.
Exclusions
Bioethanol fuel can not be returned if the bottle has been opened. This is a safety issues regarding the contents and can not be accepted back into stock unfortunately.
